Code & Go! is run by CodeQuest (Netherlands). This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and how to have it removed. Questions or requests: info@codequest.nl.

What we collect and why

• Notify list. If you ask to be notified, we store your email address so we can tell you when the calendar launches (your consent). We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam. We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, and for no longer than 2 years.
• Submissions. When you submit a page we store the name or handle, email address, and page content (text and images) you provide, so we can review it and, if selected, print it in the calendar and contact you about it. Submissions that are not selected are deleted automatically after 365 days; selected pages stay part of the published calendar.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We collect anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (pages viewed and an approximate location, city or country level, derived from your IP address, which is then discarded) to understand our audience (our legitimate interest). No tracking cookies are used.

Where your data is stored

Data is processed on Microsoft Azure within the European Union (West Europe).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing info@codequest.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
